About Us

Killmore & Sons Pty Ltd has been trading as a building company since 2000.
Prior to this, we were known as Ian Killmore Builders and operated in the
local area for approximately 15 years. The change of name occurred as Ian's
dream to have his sons included in the business began to come to fruition.
Today he has two of his three sons working in the business. Trent now a qualified
Carpenter began as an Apprentice and is now a tradesman on many of our sites.
Scott having completed studies at TAFE and acquiring Business Studies and
Computer Studies qualifications is involved in the office administration of the
business.

Through the growth of the business Ian and his team of tradesmen have been
active in the construction of new homes, renovation of existing homes and
second storey additions together with the small jobs and maintenance that is
often required to be done on an existing home.

Ian has been a member of the Housing Industry Association for over 20 years
and is  kept updated by the various seminars and Trade Nights held within the
industry. We are aware of the importance of the changing rulings and regulations
within the Industry and pride ourselves on the implementation of these when
necessary within the business. 

Our Aim

We realise that building your new home or renovating your existing home is
possibly the biggest single investment you will make in your life. It is with this in mind
that we take pride in being entrusted with the construction, renovation or addition
to your home.
Our services begin from the initial concept stages of design right through to
the process of acquiring all approvals such as Basix Certificates, Bushfire Reports, Development Applications, Construction Certificates and then the Engineering,
Surveying etc., through to the eventual construction and completion of your new home.
